The McDivitt Law Firm was started by Mike and Karen McDivitt in 1992.
The McDivitt family believes that regardless of their ability to afford a lawyer, everyone should be able to be represented by a first-class attorney.
They had been advertising on television for years in Colorado Springs. The firm wanted to increase their share of voice among personal injury law firms in the market and to expand their reach into other larger markets.
McDivitt wanted to accomplish these goals for growth with fixed marketing and advertising budgets.
While their media agency options varied considerably across the US, The McDivitt Law Firm saw value and expertise in the MediaDex philosophy. The goal was to reach more potential new clients and increase calls and new cases, without increasing media expenditures.


What we did
Focus on the most effective media delivery for the lowest cost available.
MediaDex studied the firm’s target demographics and decided to focus marketing efforts primarily on the power of Broadcast and Cable TV in Colorado Springs.
In January 2015, MediaDex’s experienced media buyers worked directly with the local television station representatives to negotiate delivery of the most qualified impressions for the lowest cost in the market.
MediaDex held the local stations accountable to deliver the results promised for The McDivitt Law Firm’s campaigns through quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting.

In the first month of MediaDex’s partnership, the firm’s TV media in the Colorado Springs market tripled. Intake of new leads and signed cases increased more than 30% in the first two months.

Today the firm includes 15 attorneys who practice out of four offices in Colorado Springs, Denver, Aurora, and Pueblo.
